In addition, there are plenty of harmful chemicals that are present in fast food, these chemicals cause several diseases like cancer. Regular consumption of fast food has also been linked to heart diseases. Hypertension and diabetes can also result due to the increased consumption of junk food. In various studies it has been proved that junk food also contains carcinogens that can cause several types of cancer.
